We will bill your credit card or debit card and send you an invoice by email.
Is there a delivery charge?
No.
Is there a minimum charge for wash and fold and/or pickup?
The minimum charge for drop off is $17. The minimum charge for pickup and delivery is $35.
What hours is the laundromat open?
Wash Works opens at 7 am and closes at 11 pm. We are open 7 days a week.
How will I know when my drop-off laundry is complete so I can pick it up?
You will receive a text.
Do you treat stains?
Yes we do. Please place all stained clothing in the “Special Attention” bag and let us know by including a note in the bag or tell the attendant under special instructions.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I’m on vacation or out of town?
If you are going to be away, just log into your account and place your account on “vacation hold” until you return.
I have commercial laundry that needs to be picked up. How much will it cost?
Prices ranges from $1.25 to $2.00 a pound. Your laundry will be completed and returned the next day. We will beat competitor prices. Just contact us today to learn more and to schedule service.
